Филлеры

Dermal наполнительs are done as an outpatient procedure in the doctor’s office. Гиалуроновая кислота наполнительs are used to improve chin and jaw lines to give a good shape to the lower face. It’s a 15-minute procedure with no downtime. The наполнительs last for one and a half to two years – depending on the type of наполнитель used.

Нейротоксины are normally used to correct chin dimples that are caused by the overreaction of the mentalis muscle in the chin. The hollowing and wrinkles in the chin can be corrected with a neurotoxin injection, which is a short office procedure with no downtime.

A chin implant is a good permanent method of chin augmentation. Custom-sized silicone implants are used for this. The procedure is done through the mouth and there will not be any scars on the face. The chin implant procedure can be done with local anaesthesia, IV sedation or general anaesthesia as a day care surgery. It can be combined with other facial procedures like a nose job.

Fat grafting is another permanent method in which a client’s own fat is used for augmentation. Fat can be aspirated from the abdomen or any other body part. The processed microfat is then injected to the area using small needles.

Гениопластика is a surgery to reduce or augment the chin by reshaping or moving the bone. The surgery is usually performed through the mouth. Bone is cut on the anterior surface and the free part is moved over the other. The bones are fixed with plates and screws. For selected cases genioplasty will give the best and natural results compared to other methods of chin augmentation or reduction.
