Br-east Augmentation

Br-easts have a significant role in maintaining the feminine image. Ladies are very conscious about their br-east size, shape and symmetry. It is a surgery in which the volume of the Br-east is enhanced using a silicone implant or clients own body fat to achieve the desired size and shape. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. So, it’s very important to select the right procedure for you.

Br-east enlargement with Implant

This involves insertion of an adequately sized silicone br-east implant of desired type to the previously planned plane. The implant type, shape, volume and plane will be decided based on the prior consultation and by using medical simulation techniques. It is a day care surgery in which the client gets discharged on the same day. We generally use high quality saline and silicone implants both plane and textured.

Br-east enlargement with fat

Fat, also known as liquid gold, can also be used for augmenting the br-easts in selected clients who doesn’t want to have a foreign material like silicone in their br-easts. It has its own advantages like a client’s own body material is used for surgery and how much ever fat survives, it would stay for the life. The only limitation of fat grafting br-east is that it may need multiple sittings according to how much fat is retained after absorption.

Br-east lift and enlargement with implant

Br-east lift and auto-augmentation

This is a relatively newer technique in which the tissue which is usually removed from the lower pole of the br-east is retained and its puled up with its vascularity and used to fill the br-east size replacing the need of an implant. It is an ideal surgery for lift and augmentation in a selected group of clients who have not much deflation but sagging br-easts. This again is a daycare surgery and the client get discharged on the same day.
