Br-east Lift

Br-east lift is a technique in which the lower pole of the br-east and nipple areolar complex are surgically brought to a higher position. Sagging of the br-east can happen mainly because of two reasons. First is because of the volume loss e.g. Aging and after delivery. The second reason, a heavier br-east will come down because of the weight in the lower pole. So, it is critical to decide why the br-east is sagging. If the br-east is sagging because of the weight then, a br-east reduction is going to help her to have a stable result. If she has a deflated and saggy br-east, she may need a br-east lift along with implant augmentation called ae augmentation mastopexy. If she has an adequate volume with only sag, then she is good candidate for auto augmentation of the br-east or Ruth-Graff technique.

Augmentation mastopexy

This is a procedure in which a br-east implant is used to give the central mount and over that the br-east is lifted and placed to give a reasonably good volume and lift. This gives the surgeon and the client to select the implant and to achieve the desired volume.

Autoaugmentation br-east

This is like the br-east reduction except, the tissue which was supposed to be removed in br-east reduction is preserved in this. The extra tissue is moved upwards with its blood vessels and fixed upwards to give an extra projection to the br-east like an implant.

Br-east reduction

Br-east reduction is always a lift and reduction. In this, the tissue from the lower pole is removed following an inverted V pattern or a vertical reduction pattern. Each pattern is selected after considering the factors like the amount of reduction planned, acceptance of scars by the patient and suitability of the procedure.
