Breast Lift
Breast lift is a technique in which the lower pole of the breast and nipple areolar complex are surgically brought to a higher position. Sagging of the breast can happen mainly because of two reasons. First is because of the volume loss e.g. Aging and after delivery. The second reason, a heavier breast will come down because of the weight in the lower pole. So, it is critical to decide why the breast is sagging. If the breast is sagging because of the weight then, a breast reduction is going to help her to have a stable result. If she has a deflated and saggy breast, she may need a breast lift along with implant augmentation called ae augmentation mastopexy. If she has an adequate volume with only sag, then she is good candidate for auto augmentation of the breast or Ruth-Graff technique.
